The owner, Greg Barnes, has extensive hands-on experience in every aspect of food service and catering. Our first goal is perfect execution. Do you want the absolutely best caterer for your next occasion? We excel in catering events for the 10-80 guest range. You establish the parameters and budget between 2- and 4-star, we'll do all the rest. You won't get better organized execution, wait-service, food, and ambience at this price from anyone else. Guaranteed.
For example, a dinner party for 2-10 people, with the food plated and wait-served, will cost $350 + food costs. No per person charge. It takes the same amount of time to cook for ten as it does for two people. You get a great bargain by inviting more people!. And the food cost is usually wholesale pricing, saving you a lot of money. So have a large group of people and save!
In the 90-300 guest range, our food and service prices are slightly less, though comparable, to most other caterers. Our food will be superior in most cases, and we can prove it. Pricing starts with the menu and food, followed by your wait-service requirements, and then add any extras like ambience, décor, and rentals. Try us out on a limited basis and sample what we have to offer. We want your event to be its best!
